Dr. Rebong grew up in the vibrant and diverse Bay Area, where his early experiences shadowing dentists across San Francisco sparked a passion for transforming smiles. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he discovered his love for orthodontics. Building on this foundation, Dr. Rebong completed his Master’s degree and Orthodontics and Oral Facial Genetics residency at Indiana University.
Today, as the owner of Oakland Orthodontics, Dr. Rebong is proud to provide exceptional care to his local community. As a member of Kaiser’s Craniofacial Panel, he brings specialized expertise in treating complex craniofacial conditions and coordinating complex orthognathic jaw surgeries. Dr. Rebong loves implementing the latest technology to ensure stunning results tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Agazzi grew up in Palo Alto, California, and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. She became a Doctor of Dental Surgery at Northwestern University in Chicago, and went on to sharpen her talents in the art of orthodontics at the University of Washington in Seattle. There, she earned her Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate of Specialty Training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
With her bubbly personality, knowledgeable guidance, and over 25 years of trusted experience in caring for Oakland families, Dr. Agazzi is a pillar in our community. She puts her patients at the heart of her practice, forging generations of friendships and bright, strong smiles.
Dr. Agazzi is a lifelong learner and continues to give her patients the most qualified care as an active member of the Kaiser Craniofacial Panel, American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Society.
When she’s not treating patients, Dr. Agazzi loves spending time with her family. She’s a loving wife to her husband, Steve, and a proud mom of her two kids, Daniel and Sabrina. She also enjoys keeping her hands busy with crafts and cooking up flavorful recipes from all around the globe!
We are excited to welcome Dr. Roosta to the Oakland Orthodontics team! With a unique background that began in engineering, Dr. Roosta brings a fresh perspective to orthodontics. His engineering expertise, grounded in precision and problem-solving, enhances his clinical approach, which he developed during his dental education at the University of Maryland. Afterward, he completed advanced orthodontic training at Roseman University of Health Sciences, seamlessly integrating his technical skills with his passion for patient care. Dr. Roosta is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, reflecting his dedication to the highest standards of excellence in his field. He remains committed to staying informed about the latest innovations in orthodontics through ongoing education and professional engagement.
Dr. Roosta is deeply thoughtful and thorough in his work, taking the time to listen carefully to each patient’s concerns and goals. His patient-first approach ensures that every individual receives tailored care and feels supported at every step of their orthodontic journey.
Outside the office, Dr. Roosta enjoys the tranquility of Northern California’s hiking trails and the thrill of exploring new destinations. In his downtime, he loves reading fiction, watching drama films, and staying active with soccer and ping pong. His appreciation for the outdoors and his balanced approach to life make him a wonderful addition to our team at Oakland Orthodontics.
Dr. Park grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and earned her Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Molecular Cell Biology from UC Berkeley. After graduation, she gained valuable experience working at a leading biotech company in the East Bay, where her expertise led to a United States patent for a novel biochemical assay. This foundation of innovation and precision shaped her approach to problem-solving and patient care.
Dr. Park went on to complete her doctorate at the UCLA School of Dentistry, graduating with honors. She further honed her skills during the UCLA General Practice Residency, where she provided specialized care to medically compromised patients and individuals with head and neck cancer. Her commitment to service extended beyond the clinic as she volunteered to deliver dental care and oral health education to underserved communities in Los Angeles and Bakersfield.
Driven by her passion for orthodontics, Dr. Park pursued an Orthodontics Residency at UCLA, where she also earned a Master of Science in Oral Biology. Her dedication to advancing the field is reflected in her research, which has been presented at the American Association of Orthodontists Annual Session and the International Association of Dental Research.As a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Park combines her extensive experience, thoughtful care, and meticulous attention to detail to help patients achieve their best smiles.
In her free time, Dr. Park enjoys outdoor activities, swimming, gardening, glasswork, reading, and cross-stitching.
